We regularly work for both national and regional commercial developers, real estate investors and occupiers. We manage the assets of a wide range of clients across the UK, ranging from shopping centres, outlet malls and high street parades to industrial parks or multi-let office buildings.
Our Manchester based real estate team has had a great start to the year, winning new and repeat work from a fantastic client base.
Our business is ambitious for success and we are looking to recruit people who are excited by the opportunity to grow the business and to help manage the strong pipeline of work. To help us achieve this we are looking to appoint an experienced solicitor who is currently operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to be part of a growing team, underpinned by the enthusiasm and drive to develop the business and their own learning.
As well as the recognition and reward that you would expect from a professional services firm of our size and reputation, you will also be able to share in the success of the business through participation in share option schemes which are available to all employees across the group. Being part of a listed business means you can join over 57% of colleagues who own a financial share in our business.
