A unique opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated Property Dispute Resolution (“PDR”) Lawyer to join our national, independently rated first class property dispute resolution team.
Based in our London office the successful candidate will have 7+ years' PQE encompassing broad ranging PDR experience.

The Candidate Required
The successful candidate will ideally have gained specific property disputes experience in a City firm or large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent, strategically and commercially astute and committed to excellence in client service with a "can-do" attitude. They should also be ready to become actively involved in business development and in further developing the London PDR team and work across the national PDR team working with all the PDR partners. They will be a team player with a strong client focused approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. There should be a willingness to take on new and emerging areas of property dispute work and develop expertise in those. .
With experience of handling a broad range of property dispute matters you will be an individual who enjoys resolving problems and disputes, devising strategic solutions for and working closely with clients and applying black letter law where appropriate. The successful candidate must have proven rights of light experience and should ideally have experience in the following areas:
Insolvency and Restructuring
Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
Litigation Work (experience in court or other litigation tribunals and ADR), development agreement disputes, judicial review and planning disputes
Development constraints (easements, restrictive covenants and the like)
Energy and infrastructure related disputes
A role in PDR will provide a varied workload including in the different areas as outlined above and exposure to clients across all sectors within the firm.
