We are looking for an Associate to work in the Insolvency team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly regarded team which is located in our Manchester and London offices.
Our Insolvency team manage complex insolvency litigation across both UK and international jurisdictions. Our services are wide-ranging, from helping to place a company into an insolvency event through to acting for the office holder on recovering funds from third parties, and include bringing claims against directors as well as representing those defending claims. We act for insolvency practitioners, government departments, banks, insurance companies, directors, shareholders, creditors and companies in financial distress.
Companies in financial distress
Corporate and personal insolvency matters within a domestic and cross-border insolvency context.
2-5 years’ UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience*
Experience of running insolvency cases in a team environment
Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
Experience of dispute resolution and negotiation.
