Part of the Real Estate Division, the Real Estate Disputes Group has vast experience in acting on a range of high value, high profile and complex litigation cases, particularly in relation to institutional clients and occupiers with extensive property portfolios.
We want to grow the team and therefore are looking for a Real Estate Disputes lawyer to join us in London. If you have 6+ years' experience in a similar practice, are technically competent, commercially aware and committed to the growth of the group then we would love to speak to you.
You can expect a varied and broad mix of work in all forms of real estate disputes. Responsibilities will include dealing with a full range of landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals (contested and uncontested), rent reviews, dilapidation claims, forfeiture and possession actions. This is a high performing, cohesive and busy team with excellent prospects for career development.
