​New - 0-3 PQE Property Litigation Solicitor, Ambitious National Firm, Manchester

Our well regarded Property Litigation Team consists of three partners in Manchester, Bristol and London and a team of other solicitors and support staff.  We are a broad practice in property litigation, advising clients with expertise in commercial real estate, leisure, retail, digital and financial services sectors on a wide variety of contentious matters. These include landlord and tenant disputes, rent reviews and lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and contractual disputes. We also give strategic advice on the management of property portfolios. We act for commercial landlords and tenants, public sector bodies and housing associations, property developers, investors, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.

Role Responsibility

  • Acting for clients in our chosen sectors on a broad range of commercial landlord and tenant disputes. You will be working across locations and with other teams to achieve the firm and group's business objectives

  • Work with our property litigators across the UK advising on all aspects of commercial property disputes and estate management issues

  • Working with colleagues across the firm to support their service lines needing input from property litigation

  • To achieve the budgets set by the firm

  • To assist others in the achievement of their objectives and supervise more junior members of the team

  • To participate in business development initiatives.
