A leading UK law firm with a network of offices from the South Coast to Scotland, working together as one national team. An innovative practice and the first top 100 law firm to achieve “Gold Standard” Investors in People, our values and culture are not just words on our website but are the heartbeat of the firm. The lack of barriers between departments, a real lack of hierarchy, zero tolerance for arrogance and pomposity makes this a fantastic place to work.
Our award winning national corporate team, which is consistently ranked as one of the UK’s top law firms for deal volume by Experian Market IQ's M&A Review, is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

Our highly regarded Manchester team covers the full range of corporate work, with a focus on UK and cross- border M&A transactions for a range of local,
